签证是需要国外客户自己办理的，一般情况下我们这边只需要提供一份邀请函即可（特殊情况可能需要附加一些资料），客户拿着我们给的邀请函和他自己的相关资料去中国驻当地大使馆申请办理即可。

关于邀请函：

1)以你们公司的名义以英文或者英文/中文简单说明来华事由及被邀请方的姓名,护照号,出生日期等信息,并加盖公章/签名就可以了..格式与平常的传真信函没有什么不同,一般注明收件人为当地中国大使馆.

2)邀请函传真(有的国家还需要快递原件)给对方,然后其在当地中国大使馆办理签证,商务签证一般为90天。
